Actor Vikram Kochhar, who features in Shah Rukh Khan’s highly anticipated film Dunki, spoke about his visit to SRK’s Mannat as the film’s premiere approaches.
Vikram highlighted the strict security protocols, akin to those found at airports, where each item is meticulously scanned. He complimented SRK on his humility and reminisced about how the actor was open to suggestions from his co-stars when they were filming.
In a recent interview with News18, Vikram Kochhar said that he was utterly mesmerized by Shah Rukh Khan. For their initial meeting, the actor invited them to his home, Mannat.
Describing the superstar’s home, he said, “I was starstruck to see Shah Rukh Khan.” The day before our first meeting with him, he called us to his home, to Mannat. The house is incredible, and when we entered the elevator, numerous security checks were made. There is a large hall, grand entrance, and lobby. After that, it was similar to going through airport security or entering a five-star hotel. Everything is scanned.
In keeping with his praises for SRK, he said, “You go up to his room, and he’s so humble and he’s so genuine.” He went on to say that Shah Rukh Khan was very approachable and treated everyone equally, even though he had only woken up a little bit late “I have not seen that,” he remarked.
Working with SRK was easy, according to Vikram, because he created a relaxed atmosphere. He welcomes suggestions and promotes candid conversations, in contrast to certain other celebrities.
Actors would occasionally have different ideas during scenes, and the star was willing to try out new strategies. “You never feel like you’re working with a star; it’s just like if you have a suggestion and he listens to it,” the man remarked.
