Randy Orton has had an amazing career in WWE but has been victim to multiple injuries. Almost a year ago, Orton returned to in-ring action after getting double spiral fusion surgery. It seems like he is on the sidelines once again due to Kevin Owens hitting the Pilledriver on him. WWE finally provided an update on his condition on X that he is seriously injured.
The Legend Killer has been diagnosed with cervical cord neurapraxia. WWE also announced that there is no timetable for his return. The company seems to be unaware of when he will return to in-ring action. His rivalry with Kevin Owens has become very heated, and many fans are looking forward to the continuation of the story soon.
It seems that WWE is milking this injury to give Orton some time away. They have done it in such a way that it has added more heat to Owen’s character as well. At Crown Jewel, KO went after Orton even before the bell rang. Their brawl in Riyadh also ended after Owens put Orton through a table with an elbow drop.
As of now, fans are speculating it to be a storyline injury rather than a real one. WWE uses such moments to add intensity to the feud and stretch it across months. It will be interesting to see when WWE decides to bring Orton back to get his revenge,

The rivalry between KO and The Viper has been one of the most eye-catching rivalries. Their recent segment on SmackDown is also one that has wrestling fans talking. It has now been revealed that the producer for this segment was Jamie Noble. He was popularly known amongst the fans for his time as Seth Rollins J&J security.
The former WWE wrestler has had an amazing career as a producer since retirement. His segment of Orton challenging Owens and the whole Pilledriver angle has set the internet on fire. His work has definitely been credited backstage and among the fans.
