John Cena‘s unexpected shift to heel has made everyone take notice. Even the most dangerous villains, like Randy Orton, have not taken this situation well. The Viper took a hilarious dig at his longtime rival while mentioning The Rock. The fans couldn’t help but laugh at Orton’s reply to his vicious attack on Cody Rhodes.
On the latest episode of SmackDown, Randy Orton took the mic and addressed the situation involving him and Kevin Owens. However, he didn’t forget to mention what happened at the Elimination Chamber PLE. The 14-time world champion did not like that John Cena was now working for The Rock and called him just “bottom” for The Final Boss.
The Apex Predator was out for four months after Kevin Owens attacked him with a brutal piledriver. He made his emphatic return at Elimination Chamber and ambushed the former WWE Universal Champion after his win against Sami Zayn in an unsanctioned match. Orton tried to unleash his evil side and destroy Owens with a punt kick, but the security guards stopped him.
He admitted that he heard the voices inside, telling him to destroy The Prizefighter. Wrestling fans were thrilled, as they might witness one of WWE’s greatest heels in action again. With the rivalry between the former friends reaching its peak, their match at WrestleMania seems inevitable.
Pat McAfee sent a message to Randy Orton after he mentioned him on SmackDown
Randy Orton delivered a fiery promo against his rival, Kevin Owens, on the latest episode of SmackDown. He mentioned that the voices in his head told him to bring back the punt kick, one of the most dangerous moves in WWE history. After calling Pat McAfee the second-best punter, the former NFL star had something to say about it.

Pat took to X and proudly celebrated being part of WWE’s “BIG OL PUNTS” club alongside The Viper. He has elite company in that club, and no one will be joining it anytime soon. The 39-year-old star has played an integral role in the company’s commentary team, and his partnership with Michael Cole has been incredible to watch.
“It’s an honor to be in the @WWE “BIG OL PUNTS” Club with you, @RandyOrton”
Pat McAfee on X
He has been a great addition to the WWE roster, not just as a commentator but as a wrestler as well. McAfee wrestled against Austin Theory at WrestleMania 38 and The Miz at WrestleMania 39, winning both matches. It will be interesting to see when he steps into the ring next.
