Despite not being a professional wrestler herself, she has regularly appeared on the screen as the boss’s daughter. Later on, she also appeared as the general manager and even as an authority figure. Apart from being popular for her good looks and executive role, she is also popular for her actions in the ring. However, there is one particular action of hers that has always created a lot of buzz.
This particular action is when Stephanie slaps another person in the ring. Being an authority figure and a lady, she used to slap superstars during the storylines on screen. While some fans did not approve of this behavior, others seemed to enjoy it a lot. However, there was always a question in the mind of the audience. Fans were always eager to know how this concept of slapping came together. During her recent appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, she mentioned how all of it came together.
The slap was when I became a character and when I became a heel. All the boys were like, ‘You’ve got to lay it in, Steph. You’ve got to lay it in, and it’s got to look good. Make sure you don’t pop anybody’s eardrum.
There have been multiple big names of the company who have been hit by her slap. They have all worked on different storylines with her and seemed to have secretly enjoyed it and had a laugh at it. Some of the most iconic ones are the ones that she has delivered to John Cena and even The Rock.
It seems like even though things were looking tough on the screen, everyone was having a nice laugh about it at the back. Stephanie’s time in WWE seems to have come to an end. Her heel persona peaked during the 2014-15 period when Stephanie and her husband Triple H portrayed evil bosses under the faction The Authority. Stephanie also revealed that she loved playing the role of a heel character.
This was also the very first time the fans got to see her since retiring. Wrestling fans are hopeful to see her on WWE television soon. Triple H is set to be inducted into the WWE 2025 Hall of Fame class, so there is a good chance fans might see her there.

It was recently announced by Shawn Michaels and Undertaker that The Game will be headlining the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2025. While this induction was long overdue, it came as a surprise to Triple H and his family.
Triple H’s wife, Stephanie McMahon, recently put out a tweet thanking the two men for inducting her husband. She mentioned that she is glad they made just that decision because her husband would never do that. She congratulated him by saying, “Congratulations to my king.”.
Triple H being inducted into the Hall of Fame is truly something well deserved. He had served his body to the company while he was a wrestler. Even after retirement, he has taken over the company from his father-in-law and made sure it runs smoothly.
The Game and his wife seem to be very happy with this moment. Triple H will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame on April 18, 2025. It is expected that he will be inducted by his best friend and fellow WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels.
