During the interview, he was asked about some of his dream matches, which he could see as the main event during a Premium Live Event. His rivalry with John Cena in 2011 was one of the best feuds that year. Turning back the clock, especially during John’s Farewell tour, would definitely capture a lot of fans. While he was away from WWE, fans would always want to see him go head-to-head with Roman Reigns. There is also a lot of history when it comes to The Rock.

I think whenever myself and Roman Reigns are face-to-face on television, that is a moment. It also seems set for myself and Cody, and You never know when The Rock’s gonna come back.”… And if I am part of that, then there is Big Match, John.

It will be interesting to see if Punk gets any of his wishes come true. He mentioned main eventing an event, and it might be a hint that he wants to headline WrestleMania with one of these stars. Despite his age, the former WWE Champion is still a very big draw in the wrestling industry. Fans would be hoping that one of these dream matches becomes a reality very soon.

“No. I feel like I wasted some matches on some people for sure… but that is what it  is. Like, some people understand the business, some people don’t… You know And I think everybody here understands the business.”

His return to WWE has been very historic. Fans never expected him to set foot in a WWE ring ever again in his entire life. When his music was played at Survivor Series last year in Chicago, it was one of the loudest pops.
