Their conflict reached a boiling point at WWE Elimination Chamber, where they faced off in an intense Unsanctioned Match. The match had a dramatic atmosphere, with the arena lights dimmed and the referee dressed in all black.
The match was brutal, with both competitors using chairs and other weapons. Owens initially gained the upper hand, but Zayn fought back fiercely. They took the fight into the crowd, where Zayn slammed Owens through multiple tables. The match was filled with high-impact moves and near falls, keeping the audience on edge.
Owens delivered a Brainbuster onto a chair, but Zayn retaliated with a suplex onto the same chair. The match quality was great, no doubt, but what added more was the return of Randy Orton. Kevin unleashing the warfare even after he won was enjoyable, but it took a toll on Zayn. The Viper had to help the Canadian and avenge his betrayal with a devastating piledriver.
That appearance of Orton also nearly unleashed his vicious side when he wanted to perform the Punt Kick. In order to give back what Owens did with him, the 14-time champ was about to end the former’s career with a banned move. However, he was stopped from doing so and was pulled back this time. Probably, there would be more chances for Randy to get his revenge.
