Reigns responded by hitting him with a Superman Punch. He also attacked Reed, but the 2-on-1 situation overwhelmed him. Jey Uso then arrived to even the odds for his cousin. Uso and Reigns ended the segment with a double spear on Reed and Breakker. After the show went off the air, both of them were on cloud nine.
In the clip, Reigns joined his cousin in “yeeting,” delighting the sold-out crowd in Houston, Texas. The former Bloodline leader had never performed the fan-favorite taunt until last night. It speaks volumes about his change of heart in recent months. However, the 40-year-old has hilariously denied his involvement in the yeet-fest.
Under WWE’s Instagram clip, the Pensacola-born Reigns joked that AI generated the footage of him doing the yeet gestures. Setting the banter aside, it now seems clear that Reigns and Uso will team up against Seth Rollins’ entourage at SummerSlam. Fans are eager to see if Reigns and Jey can overcome the powerful duo of Bron & Bron.
Roman Reigns May Soon Cross Paths With Bron Breakker One-on-One
Roman Reigns vs. Bron Breakker may not happen at this year’s SummerSlam, which is less than two weeks away. However, the match feels perfect for an even bigger stage. During the Raw segment, Reigns mocked Breakker by calling him “junior” and “kid” several times.
The former NXT Champion fumed and stared down The Tribal Chief the entire time until he finally spoke to Reigns face-to-face. Breakker threw plenty of trash talk at the former Undisputed WWE Champion and even told him to do what he does best—leave.
WWE planted the seeds for a future singles match between them on Raw. The bout could take place at next year’s WrestleMania. Recently, Breakker said in an interview that Reigns was the greatest of all time for him. The Steiner descendant recalled their moment from this year’s Royal Rumble, where he speared Reigns in half.
