Fans around the world consider Bryan Danielson one of the best technical wrestlers. He has delivered countless memorable moments throughout his career, whether in WWE or AEW. Many believe his win over Randy Orton and Dave Batista at WrestleMania 30 was the greatest moment of his career. However, The American Dragon denied it on a podcast.
While speaking on the SunSport podcast, Danielson said the win in the main event of WrestleMania 30 didn’t mean much to him. He explained that although winning the world title was a cool moment, he couldn’t celebrate it with his now-wife, Brie Bella. He also revealed that he was suffering from a serious neck injury at the time.
The former AEW World Champion said the moment didn’t hold much value for him due to personal struggles. Many fans felt upset and betrayed for supporting him, while others understood his perspective and respected his opinion. Speaking about his recent run in the Jacksonville-based company, it has been surrounding his full-time retirement from wrestling.
“I main evented WrestleMania 30, and honestly, it doesn’t mean that much to me. But I was about to marry my wife the following Friday and they wouldn’t let her come to the ring, they didn’t want her to be in the thing. there’s all this other stuff going on in a performers life, that could make that moment not as valuable to them as it is to the people viewing.”

He won the AEW World Title last year by defeating Swerve Strickland at All In. After the victory, he announced that losing the title would mark the end of his full-time wrestling career. He later lost the title to Jon Moxley at WrestleDream and didn’t appear again until July 12. On that night, he and Darby Allin returned to stop the Death Riders from interfering in the world title match between Moxley and Hangman Page at All In.
Nikki Bella and Cody Rhodes Opened Up About Bryan Danielson’s Well-Known Enthusiasm for Penises
Cody Rhodes recently invited WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella to his show. Both shared a close relationship with Bryan Danielson. While talking about him, Nikki revealed that The American Dragon loved penis-related jokes. Rhodes agreed and shared a story from when they traveled together.
While speaking on the What Do You Wanna Talk About podcast, Rhodes shared a hilarious travel story. He said that when they were in a car with Brandi Rhodes, Danielson started a conversation about average male penis sizes. The former World Champion joked that he couldn’t understand why Danielson was so fascinated by the topic.
“I spent a lot of time on the road with Bryan. One of the things that really shocked me, and I thought about it just recently, is he would always pick the strangest things to have a deep conversation about. I was dating Brandi and the time and she was also in the car. He started talking about the average male penis size. He wanted to have a full roundtable about it.”
