Paul Heyman Makes Shocking Revelation About Seth Rollins’ Injury at Saturday Night’s Main Event

Seth Rollins reclaimed his spot at the top by cashing in his Money in the Bank contract on his longtime rival, CM Punk. Moments earlier, Punk had defeated world champion Gunther, holding the title for only 5 minutes and 10 seconds. The wrestling world was stunned to discover that The Visionary wasn’t injured after all, as he swooped in and shattered Punk’s dream in an instant.

Paul Heyman delivered a harsh reality check to the heartbroken WWE Universe. Speaking with Ariel Helwani on his show, he revealed that The Visionarywas never injured in the first place. The Oracle explained it was all part of a carefully crafted “Plan B” that played out flawlessly. He added that the strategy was to disappear with the briefcase and wait for the perfect moment to cash in when the champion was vulnerable.

On the July 12th edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event, Rollins faced LA Knight in a singles match. While attempting a high-flying move on The Megastar, the World Heavyweight Champion landed awkwardly on his feet, stumbled, and quickly ended the match. Knight capitalized, securing the win with a Blunt Force Trauma.

Seth Rollins deceived the WWE Universe when his wife, Becky Lynch, posted a video of him walking on crutches alongside their daughter, Roux. The clip convinced fans he was genuinely injured and unlikely to cash in his contract. However, he proved them wrong by doing exactly that and winning the World Heavyweight Championship. On the latest episode of Raw, Rollins and his entourage launched a brutal attack on Roman Reigns, Punk, and Knight to push the storyline forward.

Paul Heyman Fiercely Defends Brock Lesnar’s Controversial Comeback at WWE SummerSlam 2025

On Night 2 of SummerSlam 2025, WWE fans witnessed the unimaginable when Brock Lesnar made his stunning return to the ring after nearly two years. In a shocking finale, The Beast Incarnate delivered a devastating F-5 to John Cena, just moments after Cena lost the Undisputed WWE Championship to Cody Rhodes in a grueling 37-minute street fight.

In an interview with Ariel Helwani, Paul Heyman passionately defended his return to the Stamford-based company. The Oracle said he understood the significance of Lesnar’s comeback for the fans at MetLife Stadium. He added that bringing joy to the audience was his only goal for The Beast’s return. Heyman confidently declared that no matter how hard anyone tried, they would never be able to “cancel” him.

“Everything in life is met with criticism, I don’t pay attention to that. If you were in MetLife Stadium on Sunday, you would understand that return meant a lot to that audience. That audience was shocked to see Brock Lesnar come out and to see him F-5 John Cena. Nobody left MetLife Stadium going, ‘Oh God, they brought back Brock.’ People were just going nuts. That’s our paying audience. They’re happy to see him, I’m happy to be part of a team that presents him.”

Not everyone greeted the former UFC Champion’s return with open arms. For those unaware, Lesnar’s name had been linked to the ongoing Janel Grant lawsuit involving Vince McMahon. When the case was first filed in January 2024, his involvement was only rumored. Court documents later confirmed that while Lesnar was mentioned, he was not listed as a defendant. Still, his connections to TKO Group Holdings and its affiliated companies have continued to draw scrutiny.
