The dynamics between former friends Bayley and Lyra Valkyria are becoming more intense each week. It all began when the Role Model returned and attacked Becky Lynch during her brawl with Valkyria. After a heated backstage argument between Bayley and Valkyria, things escalated quickly. Raw GM Adam Pearce then announced a No. 1 contender’s match later in the show.
On the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, Bayley faced the Bird Lady in a singles match. It was an opportunity for both to get revenge on their common rival, Lynch. Unfortunately for them, the match ended in a draw. Both Bayley and Valkyria had their shoulders on the mat and were pinned at the same time. Unsatisfied with the result, the Irish star sent a message to Pearce on social media.
Lyra took to X and claimed she had outmaneuvered the former Damage CTRL member. Not only that, the Bird Lady insisted she had rightfully won the match.
She also suggested that the Raw GM should do the right thing. Speaking of their relationship, they were once scheduled to face Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez at WrestleMania 41. However, Lynch brutally attacked Bayley, ultimately taking her place in the tag title match.
“Clearly on top. opponent clearly outwrestled and trapped beneath me. Tonight I earned the rematch I am due for MY Intercontinental Women’s Championship. ScrapDaddyAP Do the right thing.”

Speaking with Chris Van Vliet on Insight, the Women’s Intercontinental Champion shared it was a dream come true to wrestle Lynch. Getting the chance to face her idol in the ring for the first time meant everything to her. But engaging in a full-time feud with The Man felt almost unbelievable.
“It’s just crazy, she’s the one that broke all the glass ceilings, the one that did it all. But she didn’t just do it and succeed; she went and did things that no one ever thought possible. So I have a crazy level of respect for that. Because once someone does something, there’s all these studies about the 4-minute mile, the human capability, how much they can go, right?”
