The Undertaker, who is one of the biggest names in wrestling, had big words to say for the big man, Omos. The Deadman has been a very iconic figure in the industry, and his words seem to be ringing throughout the WWE Universe. The Hall of Famer recently, during a Patreon Q&A, revealed his views on Omos.
The Phenom showered a lot of praise on Omos. It seems like he has a lot of faith in the 30-year-old. The veteran said he looks forward to seeing The Nigerian Giant perform. He also added that any giant who will come down the aisle in WWE will always have his backing in any aspect. However, the former Raw tag team champion has been absent from television for a while now.
Taker continued his praise for Omos; according to him, the 30-year-old will be the one who decides the storyline and how it will shape around him. WWE even made him immune to the draft in 2023 so he could be on both brands. This was a step taken by them to make him look like a dominant competitor without restrictions.
However, his manager, MVP, has departed the company and is with AEW now. Despite these challenges, Taker believes in Omos potential and says that he has just started. The powerhouse has plenty of time to develop and grow, and WWE seems to groom him for that. Now, with the backing of one of the all-time greats, his future in WWE might be greater than ever.
Omos addresses potential WWE return after seven months away
Omos has been absent from WWE television since last competing in April 2024. Before disappearing, he was regularly featured with AJ styles and was aligned with MVP. In the same podcast, when asked about what he learned during this time away, Omos claimed he evolved a lot as a performer and credited the ones who taught him.
The Nigerian further added that he is ready to be his own man now and thanked AJ Styles and MVP for teaching him. He mentioned that Styles taught him business inside the ring while MVP did on the mic. The return of this giant is looked forward to by many fans and will be very interesting to see where he is placed.
Omos was very dominant on both brands, Smackdown and Raw. He should not have any problems setting into the mix. He probably might go for his first singles title or just be on a dominating streak. If he takes more time away, a potential return at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event could also be on the cards for the 30-year-old monster.
