Liv Morgan escapes injury at Saturday Night Main Event
WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan successfully defended her championship at Saturday Night Main Event PLE. She faced Iyo Sky. However, during the match, Morgan barely escaped an injury that could have put her on the shelf.
During the match, Sky connected with Morgan with a massive knee to the face. Her nose started bleeding, and it appeared as if Morgan had suffered a broken nose. Liv was even seen fidgeting with her nose throughout the match. This made the commentators and everybody believe that she had injured her nose.
Both women performed multiple dangerous moves throughout the match. Fortunately, neither of the wrestlers suffered any kind of major injury. Liv Morgan, with this victory, has asserted herself as a dominant champion. The Royal Rumble PLE will be an event she will keep her eye on as the Road to WrestleMania will begin from that PLE. An injury here could have derailed her journey.
