Real Madrid number 7 Vinicius Junior is currently under investigation by FIFA’s Ethics Committee for breaching the regulations by FIFA that restrict players from owning stakes in football clubs. The investigation was started after a Brazilian firm submitted a complaint on April 7, 2025.
According to some reports, Vini Jr has been linked to the ownership of many football clubs through a company named ALL Agenciamento Esportivo. The company is managed by the Brazilian star’s father and agent.
The transaction, which is under question, is the acquisition of Athletic Club, São João del Rei, the team has recently been promoted to Serie B. Tiberis, who had previously held a 16.5% stake of the club, said that he was refused to use his right during the sale to ALL.
Furthermore, the Brazilian star has also been linked to a Portuguese club named Alverca, for player transfers between two clubs.
One such case involves player Rafael Conceição moving on loan from São João del Rei to Alverca, which has reportedly intensified FIFA’s interest in the matter.
