After securing a unanimous decision win over legendary boxer Mike Tyson at night at AT&T Stadium, Jake Paul is nothing but full of praise for the legendary boxer. After the win, he crowned Mike Tyson as the “baddest ever” and even paid big respect to him.
For the uninitiated, things went down when Mike Tyson slapped Jake on stage during the weigh-in ahead of the much-anticipated match. After that slap, the internet sensation was filled with intense rage and even gave death threats to the 58-year-old.
Jake Paul said, “Mike Tyson, I thought that was a cute slap. But buddy, tomorrow you’re gonna knock the f**k out. I am f**king him up. I am f**king him up. He hits like a b*tch. It’s personal now. It’s personal now. He must die. He must die.“
After which, Mike Tyson responded to the entire incident, saying that he only slapped Jake because he stepped on his toe on purpose. The legendary boxer even revealed being in a lot of pain and had to reciprocate.
Tyson said, “He stepped on my toe because he is a f**king a**hole. I think it may have happened on purpose. I was in a lot of pain. I had to reciprocate.“

However, despite all this, Paul bowed to Tyson in the closing seconds as a gesture of respect for the legendary fighter. That’s not all; after the match, he even talked about the amount of respect he has for the legend and opened up about the honor of sharing the ring with him.
He said, “Who mocked him? He’s a fucking beast. All respect to the Baddest Ever. It was an honor to share the ring with him.”
Judges scored the fight decisively in Paul’s favor, with one tallying it 80-72 and the others 79-73. As per the reports, Jake Paul is walking away with a whopping $40 million, and Mike Tyson receives $20 million from today’s match.
Interestingly enough, after losing the match, Mike Tyson challenged Logan Paul for the battle. With that being said, it will be interesting to see whether Logan Paul accepts the challenge or if this will be the last professional fight for the the legend. Well, only time will tell.
