IShowSpeed has always been a great Ronaldo fan, and no other achievement or milestone has even come close to meeting his idol. Speed has traveled to different countries to catch a glimpse of the football legend and managed to successfully meet him as well.
However, thanks to YouTube sensation MrBeast, it seems like IShowSpeed has gotten one step closer to finally collaborating with his long-awaited dream. Well, the dream of doing a YouTube livestream (the one which Speed is known for) with Cristiano Ronaldo.
During the viral MrBeast-Ronaldo collaboration on the red platform, the YouTuber suggested to the 39-year-old footballer to collaborate with other popular entities to grow his channel. He even went on to name IShowSpeed as someone who would be more than happy to bring him on his channel.
Now, MrBeast has continued to act as a middleman between the two in order to make that collaborative livestream happen.
In the December 3, 2024, livestream, MrBeast asked Speed if he is interested in getting the number of Ronaldo and if he wants to get on the group chat. Well, there was one specific condition.
MrBeast said, “I can put you in a group chat with him if you want. As long as you don’t say anything weird.”
Although the streamer at first tried to act cool with the fact that he would be in the same group as his hero. As expected, the cool act didn’t last long before he completely lost his mind just when Beast cut off the video chat.
The streamer started thumping his chest and screaming “hoooo” and “oh my god.” After a few seconds, he calmed himself down a bit (just a bit) and said, “What?! What?! Oh my God, oh shit. I tried to act cool, but I can’t. I’m about to get in a group chat with Ronaldo. That’s light work, chat, light work. That’s easy. Let’s f*cking go!”
With that being said, now that IShowSpeed and Ronaldo are on the right track to get together for a livestream. And if in the future, it actually happens, fans would definitely go crazy about it. However, at the time of writing, nothing has been officially confirmed yet.
