The New Day recently broke up during their 10th-anniversary celebration on an episode of Raw. Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods told Big E to go away and never return to the ring. They mentioned to him that he was not required anymore as a member of the New Day. E, who had to retire due to injury, was heartbroken by the whole incident.
The New Day members would be like brothers to each other. They would be there for each other at all periods. Seeing them split up in such a way really broke the fans and everybody else from the inside. Big E’s girlfriend, Kris Yim, recently put out a tweet for her boyfriend. She mentioned that it is okay to leave toxic situations and focus on the people who care about you.
American football team Page Wess Pratt replied to this tweet. They mentioned to Kris that she was perfectly targeting Woods and Kingston. They wrote, “Cook them fools.” Kofi Kingston replied to the tweet by going ahead and further insulting Big E’s partner.
He mentioned in the tweet that his girlfriend was wrong as E did not leave them. It was them who told him to go away. He further humiliated Kris by mentioning that he heard that she couldn’t cook. This must have been something that E had shared with his former buddies.
Kingston and Woods are currently two of the most hated characters in WWE. They have been the good guys for a long period of time. It is very interesting to see how Kofi has been embracing his new character even on social media. This is definitely going to help them generate heat from the fans for future appearances.
Big E set to be on television once again
Following his retirement from professional wrestling in 2022, E has appeared on live television on multiple occasions. It has mainly been as a commentator on WWE. However, it seems that he is going to continue his career outside the ring. His next step is going to be a very big one and in a completely new direction.
The former WWE champion recently announced featuring in a new show on X. He also further mentioned that the show is set to release on December 19. He will not be a major part of it but will be a small part of it. The show will be available to watch on the Peacock streaming platform.
It seems that E has started to move ahead in life outside of wrestling. He was connected with the wrestling industry as long as he was a commentator. It seems that more opportunities have come by his door, and he will be grabbing them. This can also kickstart an acting career for him. Being one of the most well-known wrestlers around the globe, his appearance on any television show will raise the ratings.
