Controversial personality Andrew Tate recently challenged Jake Paul and even bragged about teaching him a lesson following Paul’s victory against legendary fighter Mike Tyson. Andrew Tate is known for his bold takes, and this one also seems to be along those lines.
For the uninitiated, Netflix recently revealed the whopping viewership number for the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson fight, and it perfectly explains the issues Netflix faced during the live broadcast.
After years of rumors, speculations, and, of course, multiple delays, the much-anticipated fight happened, and Jake Paul successfully outstroked 58-year-old legendary fighter Mike Tyson. As expected, when it finally happened, it broke all records and peaked at over 65 million+ viewers globally. As per the official reports by Netflix, the face-off hit over 60 million viewers.
The bout made all the noises, with many prominent celebrities, athletes, and other boxers talking about it. This also invited quite a few callouts towards Paul from combat sports pros, and this includes the controversial personality and kickboxing champion Andrew Tate.
As per Tate, he would teach a lesson to ‘the problem child’ if they ever face off against each other. That’s not all; Tate further claimed that, had he not been in the Romanian jail, the two would have likely already fought. Well, of course a professional fight.
In a November 2024 podcast, Andrew Tate said, “We’ll see what happens in the future. It’s possible, because nothing’s ‘no.’ Nothing’s ‘yes. I’ll escape this Matrix attack, and perhaps, if he needs to be taught a lesson, I’ll be the guy to teach him a lesson.”
“Jake can make them care”: Andrew Tate surprisingly praises Jake Paul
As it seems Andrew Tate is ready to take down Jake Paul in a much-awaited face-off, he even joked about a hypothetical tag-team match with Hasbullah to take on Jake and his brother and WWE star Logan Paul.
Surprisingly, Tate seems to be also praising the YouTuber-turned-fighter, as he said, “To be fair to the guy, he can sell tickets. This is with all due respect; nobody should give a sh*t about watching a 60-year-old fight a 27-year-old. But Jake can make them care.”
This is not the first time Tate has challenged the Paul brothers. He has been shopping the idea of taking down one of the Tate brothers in a professional matchup.
With that being said, can Andrew Tate vs. Jake Paul or even Andrew Tate vs. Logan Paul actually happen? Well, only time will tell.
