Many fans agree it was one of the greatest women’s matches of all time. The match ended with a shocking twist, as Naomi cashed in her Money in the Bank contract.

However, what happened after the show melted the hearts of the WWE Universe. A fan posted a video on X showing both wrestlers heartbroken after their incredible performance. Ripley and Sky embraced and hugged in the ring, receiving massive applause from the crowd. They even walked backstage together, showing mutual respect and sportsmanship.

While still on the main stage, they raised each other’s hands and shared another heartwarming hug. The Eradicator was proud of their performance and being part of Evolution’s main event. Both women gave it their all, delivering a brutal and emotional match. When the referee was down, Mami hit the Riptide on The Genius of the Sky, but no one was there to count.

In the final moments of the match, Ripley and Sky were down after the latter hit a Spanish Fly. Suddenly, Naomi’s music hit, and she ran down to cash in her MITB contract. The real-life Bloodline member struck Sky with the briefcase and delivered a Split-Legged Moonsault. Naomi became the new Women’s World Champion. The crowd was shocked and thrilled, knowing how much Naomi deserved the moment.

Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky Were Seen Dancing on Their Ride to Birmingham With Other Female Wrestlers

After a successful Evolution show, many female wrestlers were seen celebrating afterward. Fans agreed the Evolution PLE was one of the best of 2025. WWE legend Natalya shared several videos on social media. Stars like Ripley, Bayley, and others were seen dancing and enjoying their ride to Birmingham for the next Raw.

Nattie took to Instagram and shared several backstage photos with many female stars. She also posted a video featuring Mami, Bayley, Raquel Rodriguez, Lyra Valkyria, Kairi Sane, Stephanie Vaquer, Iyo, Asuka, and Scarlett Bordeaux dancing together. The IWC loved the celebration and said the women deserved it after all their hard work.

Talking about the event, Jacy Jayne, Becky Lynch, and Tiffany Stratton all retained their titles in entertaining matches. La Premiera won the Battle Royal and earned a shot at the champion at Clash in Paris PLE. WWE CCO Triple H hinted that Evolution might become a yearly event in the future.
