Charlotte Flair failed to win the Queen of the Ring qualifying match, as Alexa Bliss tricked her and got the pin. Unfortunately, the Queen found a new rival in the form of Chelsea Green. Both stars fought each other in a singles match for the first time after six years. Unfortunately, the Hot Mess had gotten some strong backup.
On the latest episode of SmackDown, Green and Flair took out all their frustrations on each other. Unfortunately for the Lunatic Lush, the 14-time Women’s Champion was just too much of a challenge for her. However, as soon as Green tapped out to Flair’s Figure 8 lock, Piper Niven, who is now known as Slaygent P, attacked the latter with a swanton, twisting her leg, on which she had suffered a brutal ACL injury months ago.
After facing a lot of backlash, Slaygent P took matters into her own hands. She took to X and posted a lengthy message, which at first looked like an apology for endangering Flair’s health, who recently returned to wrestling again. However, it turned out she felt sorry about the fact that the Queen was completely fine and vowed to keep trying to injure her again and again.
“No matter how long or hard you train to perfect your craft, sometimes things just don’t go the way you calculated, and last night was one of those nights. It’s with deep regret that I inform you Charlotte walked away from this completely unscathed. I will try harder next time.”

Talking about what transpired after the match, as Green and the Secret Service were attacking Flair, Bliss came out to help her. However, despite the Five Feet of Fury helping her, the 14-time Women’s Champion wasn’t impressed and walked away from there without acknowledging her. It will be intriguing to see where this dynamic goes between the two veterans.
Charlotte Flair Addressed Her Relationship With Becky Lynch
Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch have been some of the greatest rivals in WWE history. The two ladies have fought side by side and against each other multiple times in the company. However, it is a popular story that Flair and Lynch have had a rollercoaster relationship in real life. Recently, The Queen addressed her bond with The Man.
In the same interview on Games With Names, Flair shared that things were all good between her and Lynch. She admitted their relationship has had its fair share of ups and downs. However, she added that they’re in a good place at the moment. When asked about a possible feud in the future, Flair said there’s still some story left to tell. So, this hints that a showdown between the two is bound to happen sooner or later.
“We’re cordial… no, we’re good. I still think there’s some story left there, so… I don’t think there’s a nail in the coffin yet.”

The interviewer then asked Flair to name her favorite match against the current Women’s IC Champ. The Queen recalled having plenty of great matches with her over the past decade. But one that stood out was their clash at Survivor Series 2021. What made that bout unique, she noted, was that both of them were heels at the time, just like their current dynamic in WWE.
