Their celebration turned into an awkward silence when the Prince brought over Roxanne Perez. While Mysterio and Raquel Rodriguez were adamant that they didn’t need The Prodigy, Balor explained that they needed numbers to continue their dominance.
Perez tried to make her case stronger by gifting Dirty Dom his favorite chicken nuggets and a bag of apples to Carlito. While Mysterio said they should ask Liv Morgan first before making any decisions, Bálor clarified that Perez was not joining The Judgment Day. Rodriguez still wasn’t impressed and told the 23-year-old star to go away.
Daddio has been away from the wrestling ring for a few weeks. She landed a major role in the movie Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo and had to leave for its shooting. It will be interesting to see what her reaction will be after hearing that Perez has just become their ally. Many fans sensed something brewing between Dom Dom and The Prodigy, based on the look they exchanged.
Roxanne Perez qualifies for Money in the Bank ladder match on Raw
Perez continues to show why she was the right person to join the main roster. In such a short time, she managed to defeat a legend like Becky Lynch. With this win, she has now qualified for the MITB ladder match. On the latest episode of Raw, The Prodigy fought against Natalya and Lynch in a Triple Threat match.
The Man dominated the match, attacking both Natalya and Perez. However, just when it looked like she was going to win, Lyra Valkyria came to the rescue and stopped her from ruining the match. Both stars have been embroiled in a heated rivalry since The Man brutally attacked her on Raw after WrestleMania, where they lost the tag team titles to Morgan and Rodriguez.
On last week’s episode of Raw, the Women’s Intercontinental Champion took a shot at Lynch by mentioning her I.C. Title win. After a brawl, it was announced that the 28-year-old star would defend her title against The Man at Saturday Night’s Main Event. It will be interesting to see whether Valkyria manages to hold onto the title or not.
