Gargano took to X and shared a picture of himself with Lumis, Indi Hartwell, Austin Theory, and Candice LeRae with a heartbroken emoji. All of them were part of a group called The Way, which found great success in NXT. Lumis married Hartwell in the storyline, and there was a close relationship between him and faction leader Gargano.
